Patience, Calm Energy, and Authentic Moments

Hi, I'm Matt. I'm a Cleveland photographer dedicated to capturing the real quirks and honest personalities of pets where they feel happiest: right at home.

My approach to pet photography started with Leo, a rescue dog who taught me that trust, gentle patience, and reading body language matter far more than rushing a shot. Working with animals of every temperament, from high-energy rescues to shy, anxious seniors, I let pets warm up naturally before taking a single photo.

No forced poses or harsh studio flashes. Just a relaxed experience designed to create timeless keepsakes you'll cherish for a lifetime.

HOW DOES THE RISK-FREE GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT WORK?

A small deposit secures your session date and time. After our shoot, you will receive a private gallery of watermarked proof previews of your professionally edited images.

  • If you love them, simply pay the remaining balance to download your high-resolution files.

  • If you feel the session didn't capture your pet's true personality, you don't pay the balance.

There are no forced minimum orders, hidden studio fees, or sales pressure. You only pay for photos you truly adore.

WHAT IF MY DOG OR CAT IS SHY, ANXIOUS, OR DOESN'T COOPERATE?

Pets are unpredictable, which is exactly why sessions take place in your home. There are no strange studio strobes, chaotic waiting rooms, or stressful car rides. We move entirely at your pet's pace, taking breaks whenever needed. If your pet is nervous or needs extra time to warm up, I let them explore and get comfortable with my presence before taking a single shot.

CAN WE DO AN OUTDOOR SESSION INSTEAD OF AT HOME?

Yes! While relaxed in-home sessions are the default for cats and lower-stress dogs, outdoor sessions are available for energetic dogs who thrive outside. Popular Cleveland spots include Edgewater Park, Lakewood Park, Rocky River Reservation, and urban Tremont streets. Just mention outdoor preferences when submitting your booking inquiry.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I RECEIVE, AND WHEN ARE THEY DELIVERED?

You will typically review between 6 to 15 professionally edited proof images in your preview gallery. Turnaround is fast: your watermarked proofs are ready within 1 to 2 business days after the session. Once approved and unlocked, you get full-resolution, print-ready digital downloads.

CAN HUMANS OR MULTIPLE PETS BE IN THE PHOTOS?

Yes. Additional pets can be added for $25 each. Family members, couples, and pet parents are always welcome to jump into portraits at no extra cost.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE ACROSS CLEVELAND?

I travel to homes across all of Cuyahoga County, including Cleveland, Lakewood, Ohio City, Tremont, Rocky River, Westlake, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, and surrounding suburbs. For locations more than 10 miles from Ohio City, a standard travel fee of $1 per additional mile applies.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND WALL ART?

Yes. Full-resolution digital files come standard with unlocked packages, but you can also order premium archival prints, canvases, and keepsakes directly from your private online gallery starting at $20.
